Balance. During this outdoor session, you will become a warrior. So? Learn the tricks for good balance!
Stretches. We focus on lower-body and upper-body stretches, and soon, you’ll be limber and more comfortable.
Simple Stretches. Let’s get limber and loose with common and simple yoga stretches. So, it’s time to have fun!
Lower Back. Many of us suffer from lower back pain. So, let’s stretch out those muscles to help your back feel better.
Legs. Our legs have many big muscles and take on a lot of stress. We will work all of your leg muscles.
Hamstrings. Our hamstrings are among the most important parts of our body, so here is a way to loosen them up.
Journey To A New Journey. I’m taking your mind and body to a new place regardless of your skill and ability.
Chair. This session is designed for sedentary people. On a chair, we’ll complete easy and simple exercises.
Body Flex. I’m going to challenge you to work on all of the difficult areas and stretch your body out.
Expanding Your Energy. A great yoga class gives you more vitality and energy. So, let’s energize you!
Beginner Yoga. If you are new to yoga, this session is designed exclusively for you. So, let’s get started.
Intermediate Core. Your stomach muscles and abdomen will benefit greatly from this intermediate class. Go, go!
Revitalize Your Day. Wake up and join me to get your special day started on the right foot. So, let’s do this!
Beginner Stretch. We work those sides, arms. Also, legs with simple stretch exercises for beginners. You got this!
Back Pain. Let’s work on that spine. Also, we loosen the back muscles to improve the range of motion. So, let’s go!
Joint Pain. As we get old the joints begin to wear out. Then, let’s work to strengthen your joint areas. Ready?
Stress Reduction. We all have too much stress in our daily lives. So, let’s work on relieving that tension and stress.
